Terms and Conditions

     Access

• Client grants Contractor access to the specified location and equipment to perform the following duties:
  • Inspection and assessment of the equipment, and installation for quoting        and maintenance recommendations.
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and preventative maintenance using manufacturer-approved materials.
  • "Estimates" provided without access to the location or equipment are only        approximations. Actual conditions found upon arrival will determine the        required maintenance and the invoiced total.

     Schedule

• Neither party may terminate or reschedule this agreement with less than 24 hours’       notice without due cause.

     Payment

• First service for each machine, payment is due upon completion of the services       provided.
• After the second inspection of machines and establishment of a service       membership, payment terms may be adjusted as agreed in writing by the Contractor and the Client.
• Late payments will incur a fee of 10% of the principal balance per occurrence and a 10% interest compounded monthly.

     Wear Components

• The Client is aware of the presence of wear components within the equipment,       which will degrade over time and require replacement, especially under neglect,       abuse, or severe conditions.
• The Contractor is not responsible for the service life of wear components.

     Disassembly

• Following manufacturer's guidelines, equipment may be partially disassembled for cleaning.
• Any parts damaged during this process are considered a result of natural wear and       tear.
• Necessary replacements will be indicated in writing upon completion of service,       with estimates available upon request.

     Disclaimer

• The Client acknowledges that the Contractor is not responsible for loss of       product/revenue due to misuse, neglect, abuse, or conditions beyond the       Contractor's control (e.g., water, plumbing, electrical issues) after service       completion.
• Downtime or loss of product/revenue due to parts damaged during the       maintenance process, while following manufacturer’s guidelines, does not       constitute liability to the Contractor.
