Access
The Client grants the Contractor access to the specified location and equipment to perform the following duties:
- Inspect and assess the equipment and installation for quoting and maintenance recommendations.
- Clean, sanitize, and perform preventative maintenance using manufacturer-approved materials.
Any estimates provided without prior access to the location or equipment are approximations only. The actual conditions found upon arrival will determine the necessary maintenance and the final invoiced total.
Schedule
Neither party may terminate or reschedule this agreement with less than 24 hours' notice without due cause.
Payment
- For the first service on each machine, payment is due upon completion of the provided services.
- After the second inspection and the establishment of a service membership, payment terms may be adjusted as agreed in writing by both the Contractor and the Client.
- Late payments will incur a 10% fee on the principal balance per occurrence and a 10% interest rate, compounded monthly.
Wear Components
- The Client acknowledges that the equipment contains wear components that will degrade over time and require replacement, particularly under conditions of neglect, abuse, or severe usage.
- The Contractor is not responsible for the service life or failure of these wear components.
Disassembly
- Following the manufacturer’s guidelines, equipment may be partially disassembled for cleaning.
- Any parts damaged during this process will be considered a result of natural wear and tear.
- Necessary replacements will be documented in writing upon service completion, with estimates available upon request.
Disclaimer
- The Client acknowledges that the Contractor is not responsible for any loss of product or revenue resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, or conditions beyond the Contractor's control (e.g., water, plumbing, or electrical issues) after service completion.
- Downtime or product/revenue loss due to parts damaged during maintenance—while following manufacturer guidelines—does not constitute liability to the Contractor.
